30 Minutes to Claim 20 Minutes a Day Just for You.
If you’re a woman caregiver 50+ who can’t remember the last time you took 20 minutes a day for yourself without feeling guilty, this session is for you.

In this private 30‑minute Time Boundary Session, you’ll get calm, focused support to choose one small space that’s truly yours and find simple, honest words to protect it—without abandoning the people you love.

What We’ll Do in 30 Minutes 

​We’ll move gently but clearly: 
 
1. Arrive and Catch Your Breath
We’ll begin with a short grounding practice so you can slow down, exhale, and arrive—rather than rushing in from the rest of your day. 
 
2. Find the Place You’re Disappearing
Together, we’ll look at one specific area where it feels almost impossible to take time for yourself. No judgment. Just curiosity about what’s really happening there. 
 
3. Choose One Realistic Time Boundary
We’ll choose one 20‑minute-a-day space that could realistically be yours and design a simple way to protect it that fits your actual life. 
 
4. Practice What to Say
This is where we make it practical. I’ll help you find the exact words for your situation—so instead of freezing or over‑explaining, you have one or two sentences you can lean on. 
 
5. Receive Your Script in Writing
After the session, I’ll email you the boundary script we created together, along with a short reminder of when and how to use it. ​
